All our service engineers are equipped with the latest PDAs and satellite navigation systems. Service calls are passed to the engineers unit which automatically plans the best route to site, arrival and departure times are all 'LIVE' monitored within our call centre. To provide the best possible service to our customers; all service calls are responded to by our office based technical support team before being passed to our engineers. This validates your need for our engineer to attend site as some faults can be cleared over the phone. , ensuring your system down time is kept to an absolute minimum, preventing unnecessary costs to the customer.
Third Party Repairs
Our workshop team support a broad range of 3rd party supplied systems and equipment. We provide the same high standards, technical expertise and the same flexible service level agreements regardless of any system type. Incom has a comprehensive repairs workshop based on test systems covering all major manufacturer key systems and equipment.
