Founded in 1991, Incom Systems, with its head office in Ossett, West Yorkshire, have established themselves as one of the UK's leading independent forces in the communications industry. Having a country wide network of highly trained, experienced and motivated sales, technical support and field service engineers to support their UK wide customers, who benefit from the use of innovative and state of the art technology to provide communications solutions for retail, educational and government establishments through to nursing and social housing providers.

Since Incom Systems' inception, quality and service have been paramount as part of our normal working business strategy. We have constantly strived to achieve accreditation in our field of expertise. Nearly two decades ago Incom Systems took great pride in achieving the BS5750 quality standard. When the standard changed to the European ISO 9002 and then again to ISO 9001:2000 we analysed all our processes again to ensure that the service we provide met with these new standards. Through constant hard work by all our staff, the internal and independent external auditing and continued improvements, we are still maintaining our commitment to ensure our service is second to none.

We are proud to be in a position today whereby we work within the stringent guidelines of these recognised professional bodies.
